Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No- Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.

Deposit Policy

All deposits go toward the cost of your services and will be deducted from the total amount due.

To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone's safety, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service.
